Jersey Stirling
Hi everybody! My name is Jersey Stirling, a proud San Diego Miramar College Transfer, and an even prouder 4th year Bruin. I'm currently majoring in Sociology and aspire to earn my Masters in Social Work and become a licensed psychotherapist. As a first-generation student, I am very fortunate to gain crucial knowledge concerning financial literacy for my education, present self, and thankful post-grad self.
Some of the hobbies I've picked up on recently include crocheting my own clothes (and flowers), exploring the wonders of air dry clay, and jewelry making! I enjoy weightlifting, reading, and experimenting with plant-based recipes.
I hope to be a great financial mentor for my loved ones, considering how daunting or foreign "money" talk can be even within a household. Awareness of the financial resources available should be shared, through Financial Wellness I am excited to learn more from my team and even from you!
